Aseptically add the accompanying bottle of Leptospira Pmona Bacterin (Diluent) to the bottle of desiccated vaccine. Agitate until dissolved and use entire contens immediatley. Inject 2mL SC or IM using aseptic techniques. Annual revaccination is recommended. Calves vaccinated before weaning should be revaccinated 30 days after weaning when the possible influence of maternal antibodies is decreased.
